Interns will be offered exciting opportunities in New York, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles. Each day interns will be assigned a different task in a variety of departments. Interns can expect to learn fundamental news-gathering skills, find, confirm, and report news stories and prep guests for on-air segments. Light clerical duties are also the responsibility of the interns, and they are expected to assist producers and talent. Interns will also help with all elements of production, including logging tapes, coordinating scripts, researching stories, conducting preliminary interviews, assisting in the field on video shoots, and more.
