The goal the program has for interns is to experience the day-to-day operations as an IT consultant.

Interns will help work on internal projects to get the best experience possible. Interns will receive access to senior partners at weekly lunch-and-learns where they can glean more insight on the company and consulting.

Goals will be tracked from beginning to end with a concluding final evaluation. Interns will walk away knowing the functions of a successful IT consultant.
