Most Nestle Internship Programs run for 12 weeks and allows the interns to hone their knowledge and skills in a business environment. The programs offer the students to apply what they have learned in college or school to real-world situations. The interns will also learn to work together as a team which includes a project manager and a mentor among others. Projects at Nestle can be challenging and may require a fresh perspective. There would also be a presentation at the end of the internship where they would get to display what they have done during the program. In all, internships at Nestle offer students a chance to experience life in a corporate setting.
To be eligible for the internship programs at Nestle, interns must have completed their graduation, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Interns can be either undergraduates or postgraduates but must have completed or had plans to complete an intermediate accounting course. Additionally, they must have a good academic record in terms of a GPA of 3.0 or above. They must also be available throughout the 12-week program and be willing to relocate. Interns must have the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take on challenges all by themselves. The environment would be a complex and fast-paced one and the interns need to adapt swiftly.

Provide professionalism, culinary knowledge and skills to support all aspects of Culinary Services to include recipe development, internal and external training, customer presentations, product development, industry functions and internal NFS events. Oversee and maintain inventory of products, equipment, china, glassware, etc. for Culinary Center. Provide research of trends and assist with development of operational tools, best practices and Marketing tools.
