The Northwestern Mutual Internship is a training program that will help students build a foundation in finance, insurance, and sales so they can deliver excellent financial security to their clients. The internship will lay the foundation for a client base and successful practice, with the support from the company and fellow colleagues. Interns will gain real-life experiences while earning performance-based compensation. The program offers a reimbursement program for professional students that can lead to a professional designation for interns to go full time.
Interns are a junior or senior in college and interns will work full-time in the summer and part-time during the school year. Interns must have a background in business, economics, social sciences, education, or liberal arts.
