Philip Morris offers two kinds of undergraduate internship programs, one for the manufacturing unit and the other for the engineering unit. Daily tasks for interns would include executing real-world projects and being a part of cross-functional teams. Apart from this, the interns would also take part in project scheduling, budgeting, and troubleshooting and act as assistants to different teams where they would identify improvement areas. They are also required to document their project work as formal reports and make recommendations to senior officials of the company.
Applicants must be graduates or should have enrolled in an undergraduate course with a good academic record in terms of a GPA of 3.0 or above. Furthermore, they must have graduated or must be undergraduate students in the engineering or technology disciplines.
Students must be graduates in the engineering or technology disciplines to be eligible for the Philip Morris International Summer Internship Program.
