The Baltimore Sun launched its Mary J. Corey internship after the first woman to lead the Baltimore Sun newsroom. The internship will provide real-world newsroom experience to a rising journalist. Interns will report to a specific editor during their time at the Baltimore Sun. Throughout their internship, they will work with several editors in different departments. Inters will receive a $1,000 stipend during their time at the Baltimore Sun.
Interns should have extensive knowledge in journalism, be a student journalist, or intern at a different newspaper. Rising seniors and recent graduates are preferred.
